A man accused of providing a vehicle linked to a car bomb attack on Newry courthouse has pleaded not guilty at a hearing in Belfast.
Ciaran Anthony Farrell, of Killeaton Park in Dunmurry, was originally accused of causing the explosion in February last year.
He is now accused of providing a Renault Laguna car for the purposes of terrorism.
No-one was killed or injured when a bomb in a Mazda vehicle exploded.
The accused, whose sister Mairead was killed by the SAS in Gibraltar, told the court that he had been unable to find a lawyer to represent him after his previous solicitor came off record in protest at new legal aid rules.
"The circumstances are beyond my control," he said.
Mr Farrell said he was anxious for his arraignment to go ahead on Friday as a date had been set for his trial in November.
